The Wright Stuff: Adaptive Daily Living Aids

It is so important to us that people, all people, have access to and can enjoy playing our games. This site has so many helpful tools, solutions and aids that help make game playing more accessible.  We particularly like the card holders. Whether you have pain in your hands, your hands just might not be big enough to hold all of the cards you collect, or holding cards is tricky – these make it just a bit easier!

Para Paper : Substantive Cards to Strengthen Your People

Ahhhh… the old ‘write-a-letter-and-send-it-in-the-mail-trick’. Our friend, Lisa, has a knack for creating cards that really speak to the hearts of those around you. We love these encouraging and uplifting cards when our friends and family need a bit of inspiration. The coolest thing about her cards are that the messages are specific and poignant. The Para way is to ask God who you should encourage, write what He lays on your heart, and send the letter. There are some amazingly powerful stories of how God is using the Para cards to inspire, encourage, strengthen, and love on others.

Kilwin’s: Ice Cream & Fudge Shop in Madison, WI (Facebook page)

We may be a bit biased, since the owners are family, but we are ok with that! This is an awesomely delicious, seriously cool-looking, kindly-staffed chocolate shop that we frequent… well, as much as our hips allow.  They make their flavored fudges and lots of other yummy and delicious treats on-site. Their ice cream is some of the best we’ve ever had. Now we’re craving Kilwin’s. We’ll be right back…

Triple Crown Products: Custom logos. Quality Brands. Unbeatable Prices…. and awesome people!

We love our new merch friends at Triple Crown Products. They helped us come up with some amazing shirts for all of our Pizza People to wear around town. If you are in need of t-shirts or other customized printed pieces… these peeps are awesome! (Special shout-out to Darren!! You rock, man!)

Wordle:  A Puzzle. A Game. Strategy. Competition with your spouse. What more could you ask!?

This has become a fun little competition between David & Heather in the last year. The goal is still to get it on the first try, but it hasn’t happened yet! Do you Wordle?

The Greatest Story Ever Told Musical & Album: Music & Story from High Point Church in Madison, WI.

Have you ever tried to read the Bible and have no idea who people are, how the stories connect, and what in the world was Ezekiel talking about when dry bones grew flesh and started walking around?! Well, we love how simple and yet complex these 12 songs are from the High Point Church Kids Ministry. We are not gonna lie… we listen to it when there are no kids in the car and are singing at the top of our lungs!

We Game Together YouTube Channel: Husband and wife who review games, unbox together, and are just a hoot!

We met Ellen at the Strong Tower Gamers convention in Brookfield, WI. She was such a fun spirit and was super encouraging about Haunted Inheritance. We checked out their YouTube channel and fell in love with these two! You want to know a fun perspective on games you may (or may not) have heard of? You will love their channel!

Mana Oasis: Veteran and First Responder Game Night organizers

This is an amazing community. It was created through the personal experiences of the founding team. Discovering that their mental health journeys were positively impacted by gaming, led to feeling a high level of support. That understanding and community that these brave veterans found was healing in its own way. Check out their website to join a gaming community in Juneau, WI or let them help you set one up in your own community! We love how they are reaching out to those who serve and protect us.

Christian Gamers Guild:  A Blog For Gamers

One of our Pizza People is involved with this group. He encouraged us to look into it and there are some thoughtful posts to read and think about. They have both Christian viewpoints on games and game plays, as well as tips and tricks for those who are looking to create!

Camp Lundgren Bible Camp Gamers Weekend:  A relaxing get-away

We enjoyed visiting Camp Lundgren for their weekend board game retreat. We stayed in a fantastic cabin, played many many many different board games, ate really REALLY well, and met some amazing people who love Jesus and board games! If you are looking for a relaxing board game escape, we highly recommend!
